Africa’s Talents Incubator (AFTI) originated from the initiative of Junior Achievement Côte d’Ivoire (JA Côte d’Ivoire), an organization that has positively impacted thousands of young people since 2019. Through innovative programs in financial education, entrepreneurship, and work-readiness, JA Côte d’Ivoire has reached schools and communities nationwide. Its flagship initiatives, such as the Mini-Enterprise competitions and strategic partnerships, have empowered youth to bring their business ideas to life, enhance their skills, and access mentorship opportunities.
Building on this legacy, AFTI was established to expand beyond educational programs and create a comprehensive ecosystem supporting African talents throughout their entrepreneurial journeys. Since its inception, AFTI has positively impacted countless lives through its initiatives, from equipping entrepreneurs with the skills needed to grow their businesses to creating opportunities for youth in remote areas. Our work has contributed to shaping a brighter future for Africa.
