Africa’s Talents Incubator (AFTI) Mentorship Program

The AFTI Mentorship Program is designed to support African entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey by connecting them with experienced mentors from various sectors. This program focuses on knowledge exchange, skills development, and capacity building to overcome entrepreneurial challenges and achieve success.

Program Objectives

Structure du Programme

1.Call for Applications
Interested entrepreneurs submit their applications, detailing their specific needs and goals. A rigorous selection process ensures participants are matched with suitable mentors.

2.Mentor Assignment
Each entrepreneur is paired with a mentor based on their industry, needs, and the mentor’s expertise.

3.Mentorship Sessions

a.Regular meetings (in person or online) to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.

b.Group workshops to explore common topics such as innovation, funding, or business strategy.

4.Monitoring and Evaluation

a.Continuous assessment of mentees’ progress through follow-up reports and mentor feedback.

b.Adjustment of mentorship plans if necessary to better address participants’ needs.

5.Closing Ceremony
An official ceremony marks the end of the program, where mentees present their achievements and share their experiences.
